As an Area Sales Manager (ASM) at Foxtale, you will lead sales operations for the Pune territory , driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing a high-performing field team. The ideal candidate is a strong sales leader with deep experience in General Trade within the beauty or skincare industry , and a proven track record of driving consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the Pune territory.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives, Beauty Advisors, and Distributors to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Expand market penetration by identifying new business opportunities, outlets, and distribution channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and trade partners.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and consumer insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Ensure effective implementation of trade promotions, merchandising, and visibility programs.
  • Track and report sales performance, team metrics, and market feedback regularly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth product availability and brand execution.

Key Requirements :

  • Experience : 5–8 years in sales, with strong exposure to General Trade in beauty, skincare, or FMCG sectors.
  • Location Expertise : Must have deep understanding and existing network within the Pune territory .
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue and distribution targets.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
  • Result-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
