This is a performance-driven role for someone who knows how to make ads work harder—whether it’s reaching new families, retargeting returning customers, or optimizing for sales across markets like Europe, the US, and Asia

✨ What You’ll Do :

• Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and conversions.
• Develop A / B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and placements.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, provide actionable insights, and prepare weekly reports.
• Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Content team to ensure ads align with brand storytelling and visuals.
• Explore opportunities in Pinterest Ads and TikTok Ads as the brand grows.
