Role Overview

The Finance Manager will lead all financial operations at Yantra Aluminum / Windows, ensuring fiscal discipline, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role is critical to supporting our growth in the premium windows and aluminum systems market. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Senior in the Accounts & Finance department, specifically focusing on the Production and Turkey Contracts business model. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our production operations and Turkey contracts. This position requires a deep understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and the ability to navigate the complexities of a business operating in the production and contract management space.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Financial Planning and Analysis :

  • Develop and maintain financial models for production projects and Turkey contracts.
  • Conduct variance analysis to assess the financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and cost-effectiveness.

2.     Budgeting and Forecasting :

  • Collaborate with department heads to create and manage annual budgets for production and Turkey contracts.
  • Monitor and analyze budget variances, providing timely and accurate reports to senior management.
  • Forecast financial trends and recommend adjustments for future planning.

    • 3.     Production Cost Management :

  • Oversee the accounting and financial aspects of production costs.
  • Implement cost control measures to optimize operational expenses.
  • Work closely with production teams to understand cost drivers and improve cost efficiency.

    • 4.     Contractual Financial Management :

  • Manage financial aspects of Turkey contracts, ensuring compliance and profitability.
  • Collaborate with legal and contract management teams to align financial practices with contract terms.
  • Monitor contract performance and financial milestones.

    • 5.    Financial Reporting and Analysis :

  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Implement internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.

    • 6.     Cash Flow Management :

  • Oversee cash flow and liquidity management for production projects.
  • Implement strategies to optimize working capital and ensure timely payments.

    • 7.     Audit and Compliance Monitoring :

  • Develop and implement compliance procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations. Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry standards affecting production contracts and credit facilities

    • 8.    Team Leadership and Collaboration :

  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with overall business objectives

    • Qualifications & Skills

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CA / MBA (Finance),CPA, CMA) is a plus.

    6–10 years in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction

    Budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, compliance, Excel, Tally

    Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.

    Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, strong communicator

    Excellent communication, and presentation skills.

    Has handled a Team

    Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools.
