We are scaling our Core Tech desk and need a talented recruiter to join our team. As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for US clients in data engineering / analytics, CRM, cloud, and integration.

• You will own end-to-end recruiting from job posting to candidate onboarding, including sourcing, screening, and negotiating compensation.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to understand their needs and develop effective search strategies that drive quality candidates.
• Built a strong pipeline of technical candidates through various channels, including job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
• Developed and maintained relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Maintained accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provided support to junior recruiters and sourcers by sharing knowledge, best practices, and providing feedback to improve their skills.
