Customize and configure Salesforce Platform to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and flows, Apex, Batch Apex, etc.
Implement and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud features such as Case Mangement using different channels, Knowledge Management, Omni-Channel, etc.
Integration :
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middleware.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.
Collaboration and Communication :
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.
Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Testing and Deployment :
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and Code Reviews to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
Deploy changes to production environments following established change management processes.
Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience :
Proven experience (4+ years) as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, LWC, Apex, and strong Salesforce Platform concepts
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as REST / SOAP APIs.
Skills :
Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications :
Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Experience Cloud certifications are required.
Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
