Roles & Responsibilities :

Design Conceptualization : Develop creative and functional design concepts for various spaces in line with client requirements, budget, and project timelines.

Space Planning : Plan and design layouts that optimize space usage while maintaining aesthetics, functionality, and safety standards.

Material Selection : Select and source appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the design vision.

Client Interaction : Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and requirements, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Visualizations & Drawings : Create detailed 2D and 3D design in SketchUp, CAD drawings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.

Project Management : Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications.

Site Supervision : visit project sites to monitor progress, as needed

Trend Awareness : Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices to bring fresh and modern ideas to projects.

Skills & Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum 6 Months of experience for junior interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members.

Project Management : Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Attention to Detail : Keen eye for detail in design aesthetics, space planning, and material selection.

Problem-Solving : Ability to think creatively and solve design and construction-related challenges on-site.
