ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. ESG Strategy & Integration
- Implement ESG roadmap aligned with business objectives, global standards, and healthcare-specific requirements (JCI and NABH)
- Initiate to Integrate ESG considerations into operational, clinical, and supply chain decision-making.
- Conduct ESG risk and opportunity assessment including climate risk (as per IFRS S2 / TCFD) and social impact.
- Conducting employee induction Programme as per approved training module as per JCI and other system requirement
2. ESG Reporting & Compliance
ESG disclosures as per BRSR, GRI, SASB (Healthcare Delivery), IFRS S2, and other applicable standards.Prepare responses for ESG rating agencies (MSCI, Sustainalytics, S&P CSA, Crisil, CDP).Ensure compliance with national and international regulatory ESG requirements.3. Environmental Management
Integartion of ESG into new project like as ECBC, green building etc.Track and improve performance on energy, water, waste, emissions, biomedical waste management.Drive GHG emissions measurement and reduction in alignment with GHG Protocol.4. Social Pillar
Monitor employee well-being, occupational health and safety, diversity & inclusion, patient safety, and community health initiatives.Support CSR / Community health programs and align with ESG disclosures.Track and report on patient data privacy, clinical quality indicators5. Stakeholder Engagement
Engage with rating agencies, consultants, regulators, investors, and industry bodies.Build ESG awareness across employees through training and communication programs.6. Data & Analytics
Collect, validate, and analysis of ESG data across hospitals, labs, and international offices.Develop dashboards and KPIs for ESG monitoring.Years of Experience :
3-4 years in ESG and Sustainability
Qualifications :
