Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Manager to drive growth and adoption of our AI solutions among enterprise customers.

  • Owning a book of enterprise customers, driving expansion and retention.
  • Managing high-value customer renewals and identifying opportunities for growth within accounts.
  • Serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers, helping CTOs, CIOs, and CPOs implement and optimize Adopt AI solutions.
  • Leading onboarding, configuration, and deployment processes with support from internal teams.
  • Resolving technical queries and translating complex concepts into actionable business outcomes.
  • Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Monitoring customer health, usage, and engagement metrics to proactively drive satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value enterprise accounts and drive renewals and expansion.
  • Strong technical aptitude; able to understand and explain complex software / AI concepts.
  • Experience working with enterprise stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, CPOs) and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Plus : Experience in workflow automation, AI, SaaS, or developer tools.
