We have showrooms and service centers in Kochi, Aluva, Thrissur, Palakkad and Kotayam. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ernakulam for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee benefits and payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws, addressing employee concerns, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The role also involves coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills and organization-wide development. Qualifications Strong experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding Proficiency in Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Conflict Resolution Knowledge of HR Strategies, Policy Development, and Compliance with labor laws Experience in Training and Development, Leadership development, and Organizational Development Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving skills Strong Organizational Skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. HR certification is a plus. Previous experience in a managerial HR role is highly preferred
