We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Counter Sales Executive for our prestigious jewellery showroom located in Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the jewelry sector, and possess a passion for customer service and sales. You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewelry, processing sales transactions, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Salary : 15 - 20k

Shift timings : 9.30 - 8.30

Number of openings : 30

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing exceptional customer service.
Explain the features and benefits of various jewelry pieces to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends and product knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong knowledge of various types of jewelry and gemstones.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.

Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
