Title : Lead - Full Stack

Team : Engineering

Purpose of Job : Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Build high-quality and responsive UIs using React, Angular, or Vue.js

Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes into interactive web experiences

Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express, or Java / Spring Boot

Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and cloud services

Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs and maintain design system standards

Mentor junior frontend engineers and contribute to architectural decisions

Write clean, testable, and scalable code across the stack

Required Skills :

Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks : React, Angular, or Vue.js

Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SASS / LESS, JavaScript, TypeScript

Backend development experience in Node.js or Java (Spring Boot)

Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JWT authentication, and state management tools (Redux, Context API)

Experience with Git, Webpack, Babel, NPM / Yarn, CI / CD pipelines

Familiarity with performance optimization and responsive design principles

Experience working with Figma, Adobe XD, or other design handoff tools

Familiarity with SQL / NoSQL databases and Git workflows.

Qualifications :

Experience : 58 years.

Bachelors / Masters in CS / IT or equivalent practical experience.
