Hiring : Oracle Fusion Application Administrator
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Application Administrator to manage, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This role ensures system stability, security, and performance while partnering with business teams across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage user accounts, roles, and security permissions to ensure compliance.
- Use Oracle tools to monitor performance, system health, and application availability.
- Plan, coordinate, and apply quarterly updates, patches, and new releases.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain production configurations, security settings, and reference data.
- Handle data imports / exports, data validation, and data protection tasks.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, SCM, and other teams to support application needs.
- Generate reports and dashboards; experience with OTBI is a plus.
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (HCM / ERP / SCM)Strong understanding of Fusion security, roles, privileges, and user provisioningKnowledge of quarterly patching cycles and Oracle maintenance processesAbility to troubleshoot functional and technical issuesFamiliarity with data import processes, HDL / FBDI (preferred)Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsHow to Apply
