About the Company : Repro India Ltd is looking for a experienced Software QA Manager to lead our QA team, define testing strategies, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual and automation testing, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers (manual + automation).
  • Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies, processes, and best practices.
  • Oversee test planning, test case development, execution, and defect management.
  • Ensure high-quality product releases by establishing metrics and quality KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
  • Review requirements and provide input on testability, risks, and quality standards.
  • Manage automation frameworks and drive automation adoption across projects.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis for defects and ensure corrective / preventive actions.
  • Prepare QA reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, tools, and governance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–9 years of experience in Software Testing, with at least 2 years in a lead / managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts, SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, PyTest, JMeter, Postman).
  • Experience with API testing, performance testing, and regression automation.
  • Proficiency in writing test plans, strategies, and test reports.
  • Experience with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

    • Nice-to-Have

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to security testing or mobile testing.

    • Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
