Position : Senior Specialist – Supply Chain Risk & Compliance Tools

Location : Chennai, India

CTC - 14 Lac

Role Summary :

Looking for an experienced supply chain risk and compliance professional to manage due diligence and supplier assurance processes, with a strong focus on Coupa modules and third-party risk management tools. This includes oversight of Coupa SIM, Coupa CRA (RPMA), and integration / configuration of related tools.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and optimize supplier due diligence and assurance processes, including performance management
Configure and maintain workflows in Coupa CRA (RPMA)
Maintain risk domains / questionnaires within Coupa
Oversee Coupa integration and support issue resolution
Coordinate with procurement teams to align with evolving needs
Monitor and adapt to Coupa technical updates

Collaboration With :

Global and regional due-diligence teams

Assurance project managers

Procurement leadership

Requirements :

Strong understanding of supply chain and supplier management

Hands-on experience with Coupa SIM, CRA, P2P , and configuration

Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps

Solid stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills :

Technically sound with an execution mindset

Effective communicator and change manager

Process-driven with focus on optimization and continuous improvement
