Job Title : Technical Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with products / services
  • Provide product information and demonstrate features
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support teams
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in CRM
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements :

  • 1-2 years of technical customer support experience
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., mechanical , electrical,IT)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
