Job Title : Sous Chef
Location : Baywatch Resort, Sernabatim, South Goa

Reports To : Executive Chef / Head Chef

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
 - Supervise and coordinate the kitchen staff, ensuring quality, consistency, and timeliness of meals.
 - Train and mentor kitchen team members to improve skills and maintain standards.
 - Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
 - Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
 - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in accordance with food safety standards.
 - Assist in menu planning, costing, and development of seasonal dishes.
 - Step into the role of Executive Chef during their absence.
 - Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
 - Maintain a calm, professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
 
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or relevant role in a high-volume kitchen.Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.Leadership and team management skills.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Physical Requirements :
