Job descriptionManage the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure. Coordinate with regional teams for proposal development and implementation. Maintain accurate records and forecasts in the CRM system. Understand hospital needs and present tailored food & nutrition solutions. Work with internal teams (culinary, nutrition, and operations) to create customized proposals. Highlight benefits such as improved patient care, staff satisfaction, and hospital brand value. Position the company as a strategic partner to hospitals, not just a vendor. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem. Represent the brand at healthcare events and forums to expand visibility. Growth in sales pipeline and conversion rates Number of new hospital accounts acquired Annual revenue from new business Client satisfaction and brand perception scores
Key Development :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare chains.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure complete market coverage.
- Develop a clear understanding of hospital structures, decision-makers, and budget cycles.
- Reach out to potential clients through networking, events, and referrals.
