Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales strategy and brand-building initiatives for our luxury real estate projects in Pune. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in real estate sales, customer relationship management, digital & offline marketing campaigns
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales of luxury residential projects (2, 3 & 4 BHK premium homes in Koregaon Park and other prime locations).
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and nurture strong relationships with HNI / UHNI clients, NRI investors, and channel partners.
Conduct site visits, client presentations, and property showcases to convert leads into closures.
Marketing & Brand Management
Coordinate with creative agencies for 360° marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, influencer collaborations, expos, etc.).
Coordinate with creative agencies for social media campaigns, ad creatives, and hoarding designs.
Manage lead generation platforms (99acres, Magicbricks, Housing, TrueFan, Tring, etc.) and track ROI.
