Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager, based in Surat. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of e-commerce operations, including managing online sales channels and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, strategizing to optimize e-commerce performance, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to create effective campaigns, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The role also involves monitoring market and consumer trends to develop competitive strategies.
