Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for design and video editing? Sparkleminds / FranchiseBAZAR invites aspiring design professionals to join our elite digital team for a 6-month paid internship. This is your chance to build a world-class portfolio while working alongside seasoned experts in a dynamic, remote environment.

⏰ Internship Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM 📍 Location : Remote (Live Internship) 📅 Duration : 6 Months 🚀 Career Path : Successful interns will be offered a full-time position as a Motion Graphic Designer upon completion.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • 🎥 Create and deliver 1 engaging video daily for social media platforms
  • 🖼️ Design social media graphics and visual content
  • 🔍 Develop SEO-friendly images for blogs, articles, and websites
  • 🎨 Support the marketing team with digital assets including logos, event collateral, and promotional materials
  • ✏️ If you have strong written English skills and can generate simple content independently, that’s a major plus!

🧠 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • Proficiency in :
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative team player with a creative mindset
  • Must have access to a personal laptop / desktop
  • Open to women restarting their careers

    • 📌 Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop creative concepts
  • Edit and produce content for YouTube and various social media platforms
  • Present drafts and visual ideas to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Apply color theory and design principles to create compelling visuals
  • Understand and execute graphic video production and editing techniques

  • Fixed stipend of ₹5,000 / month
