Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering measurable Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and brand positioning.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy execution.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO / SEM, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, product launches, events, and promotional activities.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, marketing technologies, and best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
