Technical Lead - Full Stack Development

Description : Job Responsibility :

• The Full Stack Technical Lead requires strong technical expertise, adaptability, and alignment with KPs development standards.
• Candidates should have hands-on experience with Java / Spring Boot, Angular or ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.
• They must be capable of working across diverse projects and technologies as needed. Proficiency with KPs commonly used development tools and experience in integrating large-scale systems are essential.
• Experience with cloud platform preferably Azureis required; AWS experience is also acceptable due to overlapping skill sets.
• A solid understanding of DevOps principles and modern workflows is important, although no specific years of experience are mandated.
• Strong knowledge of service-oriented architecture and web services is critical, as these are core to KPs applications. Familiarity with UI / UX best practices, including ADA-compliant design and accessibility standards, is valued to ensure user-friendly interfaces and reduce rework.
