Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Tax Calling Executive located in Tiruppur. The US Tax Calling Executive will be responsible for performing outbound calling activities related to US tax inquiries, providing customer support, handling tax-related queries, verifying data, and maintaining accurate call records. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure compliance with tax regulations and providing timely updates on the status of their inquiries. This position requires addressing customer concerns with professionalism and accuracy to facilitate smooth and compliant tax operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, particularly in voice processes, customer support, and telemarketing
• Proficiency in handling tax-related queries, compliance reporting, and data verification
• Experience in outbound calling, lead generation, and sales
• Knowledge of accurate financial data management and bookkeeping
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Tiruppur
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role, especially related to US tax processes, would be an advantage
