About This Role
We are seeking an HR Marketing Intern to support our HR and Business Development teams in day-to-day operations and marketing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to learn how HR and marketing work together in a fast-growing IT company. You’ll gain hands-on experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and lead support activities, while collaborating closely with our HR and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating and posting job openings across social media and job platforms
Help in building employer branding content for LinkedIn and other channels (posts, stories, visuals, etc.)
Support the HR team in shortlisting candidates and maintaining applicant databases
Collaborate with the Business Development team for marketing campaigns and outreach content
Research potential clients or hiring platforms to support BD initiatives
Track and organize responses, outreach progress, and marketing activities
Assist in creating simple presentations, reports, or promotional materials
Support event or activity coordination (like office engagement, hiring drives, or online campaigns)
Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of social media platforms (especially LinkedIn)
Interest in HR (marketing) or business development
Ability to research, organize, and follow up on tasks
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and skills
