Job description

Hiring : Architect / BIM Architect

Immediate Joiner preferred

We are looking for a talented Architect to join our team.

Responsibilities :

Prepare or modify detailed implementation documents and drawings using advanced architectural principles.
Lead and guide the team in planning work and developing technical / design solutions.
Review implementation documents prepared by the architectural team.
Collaborate in preparing project schedules and coordinate with the team to meet deadlines.
Execute deliverables according to scope, standards, and quality expectations.
Assist with technical resolution and coordination for assigned project portions.
Ensure code and zoning requirements are met.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, public agencies, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare client presentations and present design concepts and drawings.
Support negotiations on critical project issues.
Conduct product research and assist in material / system selections.
Participate in team meetings for project and technical coordination.
Attend site visits, field reviews, and project meetings; document appropriately.
Prepare meeting minutes for consultant coordination meetings, if required.

Qualifications :

Accredited professional degree in Architecture.

Architectural Registration required.

3+ years of experience.

Sustainable design accreditation preferred.

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required.

Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, InDesign, and 3D modeling software (Rhino, Grasshopper preferred).

Knowledge of Navisworks and MS Office Suite preferred.

Understanding of sustainability and integrated design guidelines.

Strong knowledge of architectural building systems and QA / QC processes.
