UK-based company, fully remote

Up to 15 lakhs fixed salary + bonus (negotiable)

Interested in a marketing role where you can help build something from the ground up?

You will be part of a fast-growing UK-based B2C training company that helps people change careers into IT, Cyber, Data, AI, and Networks.

The business has grown 300% in the past year and now needs someone to take full ownership of marketing delivery : copywriting, building assets and brochures, creating campaigns, managing advertising, and building funnels.

You’ll work fully remote, report directly to the Partners and work closely with our external marketing consultancy who are driving the overall strategy.

You’ll be our first internal marketing specialist. This means you'll help build the marketing department from a relatively young stage, helping to shape the marketing function as the business scales.

Why would you fit?

Marketing experience for B2C (additional B2B is a bonus)

Strong copywriting skills for social media marketing and blogs

Experience with content creation, building assets, and video editing

Confidence managing and reviewing PPC advertising on social media (Meta, LinkedIn,...)

Experience building funnels using HubSpot / GoHighLevel and Zapier

Stage 3 : Meeting with the Marketing Consultancy

Additional Information :

Location : Fully remote

Work Hours : 10 : 00 AM-6 : 00 PM IST time, Monday-Friday, flexibility required

Reports to : Company Partners
