Quality Assurance Head

We are hiring a Head of QA to define and lead the quality assurance function across enterprise SaaS products. This leadership role combines strategy and hands-on expertise in testing, automation, and QA innovation. You will shape QA processes, mentor teams, and drive quality across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own QA strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Lead and grow QA teams with best practices for manual, automation, and performance testing.
• Build scalable automation frameworks with Python, Vue.js, and modern tools.
• Introduce AI-driven testing to improve speed and coverage.
• Ensure seamless integration of QA in CI / CD pipelines.
• Oversee QA planning, reporting, and metrics for all releases.
• Lead risk analysis, defect triage, and resolution processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence.
• Present QA insights and strategies to leadership.
