ITSM Presales Solution Architect (someone who has worked on SIAM frameworks is ideal)- PAN India -40

AsK :

12-15yrs of experience with minimum 5+yrs of experience into pre-sales for IT Service Management

Operational / delivery experience using ITIL framework or SM tools like ServiceNow, Cherwell etc. would be preferred

ITIL & SIAM Foundation certified

Role :

IT SM pre-sales Solution Architect would be responsible for supporting sales team with ServiceNow, ITSM, SIAM, EXM & STG opportunities while working on specific solutions, proposals, effort sizing, pricing, presentations etc. in-line with offerings, capabilities, processes etc.

Design & build end-to-end solution, proposal, sizing, pricing, presentations etc.

Work on various pre-sales stages like RFI, RFP, BAFO along with helping at capability presentations, solution defense etc.

Work as Functional & Technical Consultant during entire sales / contract cycle
