Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager with strong team handling experience and deep expertise in the Java ecosystem to lead development teams and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor Java development teams
• Handle team performance, workload planning, and skill development
• Drive architecture and technical decisions across Java-based applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ensure timely delivery with high coding and quality standards
• Conduct code and design reviews to maintain best practices
• Manage Agile processes including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Identify technical risks and proactively resolve issues
• Support continuous improvement and innovation within the team
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Tech or MCA in Computer Science or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in IT with strong hands-on experience in Java
• Proven team handling and people management experience
• Expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices
• Experience with REST APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases
• Strong knowledge of system design, architecture, and design patterns
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Preferred Skills:
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• CI/CD, DevOps exposure
• Docker, Kubernetes
