Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Engineering Manager specializing in .Net / Cloud, based in Hyderabad with the flexibility for occasional work-from-home arrangements. The Engineering Manager will oversee the software development lifecycle, manage cross-functional teams, and provide technical leadership. Key responsibilities include guiding team members, ensuring project milestones are met, managing integrations, and fostering a collaborative team environment. The role also emphasizes delivering scalable, high-performance cloud-based solutions while mentoring team members to grow their skills and expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership to effectively mentor and guide teams.
• Experience in Software Development, with proficiency in .Net technologies and cloud platforms.
• Strong skills in Project Management to coordinate and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Familiarity with Integration processes and tools for seamless system interoperability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Background in architectural design and scalable, high-performance solution delivery is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
