Job description

Seeking a Dynamic Operations Candidate for a Tech Platform in Mumbai!

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage Requests : Handle incoming client requests via email, calls, and other communication channels.
  • Work with the operations team to contribute to day-to-day operations and oversee the workflow
  • Understand user challenges, gain insights, and suggest product and operational process improvements
  • Share MIS reports daily
  • Overlook and mentor junior staff

Job Requirements

  • 1 - 6 years of experience in operations, preferably with a B2B startup(Legal, Banking, Insurance, Finance industries preferred)
  • Data-oriented : Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle and interpret data effectively.
  • Well-versed in Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and coordination via calls
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
