Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. This position is based at our PAN India office. A graduate degree is required.

- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and understand business processes.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose solutions for optimization.
- Define detailed product requirements and use cases based on business user input.
- Design and implement continuous monitoring and feedback collection mechanisms.
- Conduct process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
