Job Description
12+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce (formerly CloudCraze).
Strong experience with Salesforce customization using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Proven track record of working on B2B Commerce Cloud implementations and customizing B2B eCommerce solutions.
Skills and Competencies :
B2B Commerce Cloud Expertise :
- Deep understanding of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud features, such as product catalogs, price books, carts, and order management.
- Experience in configuring and customizing B2B storefronts, customer account management, and self-service portals.
- Knowledge of B2B-specific eCommerce functionalities such as customer hierarchies, volume pricing, recurring orders, and complex pricing models.
Salesforce Development :
Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and SOQL.Experience with Salesforce customization, including workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and security models.Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce B2B Commerce with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, payment gateways, fulfillment systems) using REST / SOAP APIs or middleware.Integration and Data Management :
Experience in designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and external systems using middleware or APIs.Familiarity with data migration best practices and tools to ensure successful data migration for B2B commerce implementations.Problem Solving and Analytical Skills :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward identifying solutions and overcoming challenges.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to B2B Commerce implementations, performance optimization, and scalability.Communication and Collaboration :
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, and project managers.
