Role : Appian Lead / Consultant / Associate architect

Experience : 7 - 10 Years

Location : Anywhere in India (Remote)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer / Appian Lead for our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining Appian applications to support business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement Appian applications and workflows.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to existing applications.
Conduct testing and validation of applications to ensure high-quality delivery.
Document application designs, development processes, and user guides.
Stay updated with the latest Appian features and best practices.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as an Appian Developer, including application design and implementation.

Strong understanding of BPM concepts and methodologies.

Proficiency in Appian’s low-code development environment.

Knowledge of integrations with external systems (APIs, web services).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills :

Appian Certification. (L1 / L2 / L3)

Experience with Java, SQL, or other programming languages.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
