RVS iGlobal is looking for a passionate and highly self-motivated individual to join our team and work primarily as a Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support all network and server infrastructure by monitoring network status to ensure maximum network performance at all times. Monitors investigate and diagnose any issues with service partners and customers.
To be a successful candidate, you will need to have a strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware. You will also need to be able to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network devices including WAPs, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers. A deep knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols is highly desired.

Requirements
- Troubleshooting and resolving support escalations
- Managing all network and server infrastructure by monitoring network status to ensure maximum network performance at all times.
- Liaise with service partners and customers.
- Escalate major issues where needed.
- Proactively handle support cases assigned to you.
- Triage, troubleshoot, and fault fix.
- Monitors investigate and diagnose any issues with service partners and customers.
- Ensure SLAs are met, documentation is correct, and policies / procedures are in place.
- Working with both technical and non-technical staff as the key point of contact.
Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience working on multiple vendors including Fortinet, Cisco or JuniperHave at least 18 months of experience working in a network environmentPrevious experience monitoring, investigating, and diagnosing issuesHave an understanding of OSPF, BGPHave an understanding of MPLSUnderstand firewall policies and set up of VPN’sMust be able to interphase with both technical and non-technical staff.Must be familiar with the following tools :Switches : HP, Aruba, Cisco Core Stack / L2 / L3 Managed SwitchesFirewalls : Palo Alto, Cisco,the following tools : Meraki, Sonicwall, FortiNet, DraytekWi-Fi : Rukus, HP Aruba, Meraki, UbiquityNetwork Security

Provide in-life technical support for a variety of customer voice solutions, including but not limited to : o Mitel MiVoice Business and associated Mitel applications o Microsoft Teams (Direct Routing) and AnywhereNow o AudioCodes Mediant SBCs and SIP Trunking via the client’s Core Voice Network o 3CX (on-premise and cloud-based)Identify recurring technical trends and implement changes to enhance customer satisfactionWork within defined SLA parameters to resolve incidents and requests, effectively managing a diverse workloadLiaise with third-party vendors and escalate issues when necessaryContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including the automation of manual processesProvide technical mentorship and support to junior engineers within the UC team
