We’re Hiring : Resourcing & Compliance Consultant (Bangalore Office)

Are you enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about connecting talent with opportunities worldwide?

Key Responsibilities :

  • Source candidates from the UK, Europe, US, Singapore, Australasia and South Asian countries .
  • Place talent across Dubai, the GCC, and the wider MENA region .
  • Ensure candidates meet all compliance requirements .
  • Focus on both medical and non-medical professionals .
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet project and client deadlines.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience in resourcing medical and / or non-medical professionals internationally.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements .
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
  • Prior experience in medical recruitment or executive search is a strong advantage.
  • A driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    • Role Details :

  • Location : Office-based in Bangalore .
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday (flexibility may be required depending on project needs).
  • Salary : ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month + incentives .
