Job Title : Real Estate Lawyer(Non- Litigation)

Experience Required : 6–7 Years

Location : Mumbai (Lower Parel)

Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, sale deeds, lease agreements, mortgage documents, and other property-related legal documents.
Conduct title searches, property due diligence, and ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations.
Advise clients on property acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, and land development projects.
Handle legal disputes related to property ownership, tenancy, and construction.
Liaise with government authorities, developers, and financial institutions for approvals and clearances.
Stay updated with changes in property laws, RERA regulations, stamp duty, and registration requirements.
Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and investments involving real estate assets.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

LL.B. or higher degree in Law from a recognized institution.

4–5 years of proven experience in real estate law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.

Strong knowledge of property laws, RERA, land acquisition laws, and contract law.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes :

Experience in litigation related to real estate disputes.

Familiarity with commercial leasing and property financing.

Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with experience.
