Shift time : M-F ( 2.30pm to 11.30pm and 4.30Pm to 1.30 am) Two ways cabs available uptill 40 kms
Responsibilities
Answering Customer Calls / emails / chat as per training imparted and Standard Call Handling Procedures available.
Answering calls / emails as per client mandated procedures.
Updating the Account Status on Client Database.
Creating appropriate records of calls on the in-house database management.
System and paper Reports submitted at the end of shift.
Responsible for escalating calls to the Unit manager or appropriate channels when assistance required.
Making Outbound Calls as per the training imparted and the adhering to the standard call handling procedure
Creating appropriate reports of all calls on the specified calls
Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Bachelor's degree is a Must
