Job descriptionManage a diverse portfolio of retail applications including ERP, CRM, SCM, WMS, POS, and eCommerce platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams (development, QA, architecture) to ensure solutions meet quality and scalability standards. Provide governance across application lifecycle and modernization programs. Lead and coordinate the end-to-end RFP process for retail technology projects. Translate customer requirements into winning proposals, including solutioning, effort estimation, pricing models, and value articulation. Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to craft compelling business cases. Act as a senior point of contact for global retail customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership. Understand client business models and challenges to proactively offer value-driven solutions. Drive account growth through consultative engagement and innovation. Lead a team of domain experts, business analysts, and solution architects. Foster a culture of excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Provide mentorship and training to build domain competency across the organization. Education : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field. Experience : 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 8-10 years in retail domain leadership. Proven track record of managing large-scale retail technology programs and RFPs. Strong knowledge of retail operations, industry standards, and technology platforms. Experience working with global teams and multinational clients. Deep domain knowledge in areas such as Omnichannel Retail, Digital Commerce, In-Store Technologies, and Customer Experience. Strong understanding of application ecosystems including SAP, Oracle Retail, Salesforce, Manhattan, etc. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities. Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex engagements. Certifications in retail technologies (e.g., SAP IS-Retail, Oracle Retail). Experience in digital transformation and modernization initiatives. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

This role involves managing a portfolio of retail-focused applications, overseeing the end-to-end RFP process, and acting as a strategic partner for our global customers. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in retail, strong technical acumen across enterprise applications, and a proven ability to deliver business value through digital transformation initiatives.
