JOB DESCRIPTION

Experience : Min 3 years
Location : Surat, Gujrat
Education : Graduation is must (No Backlogs)
Notice : 15 days or Immediate
Interview Mode : Virtual

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in day-to-day office administration and operations.

Handle correspondence, documentation, petty cash and record keeping.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for smooth functioning.

Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure timely procurement.

Support in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities and infrastructure.

Handle basic HR & admin support tasks (attendance, joining formalities, etc.).

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Support payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.

Draft letters, circulars, and HR-related communication.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.

Ensure timely procurement of office supplies and facility management.

Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Maintain confidentiality of HR and business data.

Skills & Competencies :

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Problem-solving and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
