Automation Test Engineer

Position : Automation Test Engineer

Experience : 2-3 Years

Location : Siruseri,Chennai

Work Mode : 5 Days Work from Office

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Core Java .

Implement and manage Page Object Model (POM) framework for test automation.

Execute and maintain test cases using TestNG , ensuring structured testing and detailed reporting.

Identify, document, and track software defects to closure.

Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Perform regression and functional testing as part of CI / CD pipelines.

Required Skills :

Strong proficiency in Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, File I / O, Threads).

Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.

Excellent understanding of XPath , locators , and POM design patterns .

Experience using TestNG for test case management and reporting.

Solid analytical and logical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of version control tools (Git) and build tools (Maven / Gradle) is a plus.
