Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Trust and Safety

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Research and Development and marketing Executive to lead our efforts in addressing the evolving challenges of trust and safety. This role is pivotal in marketing and branding our novel solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of trust and safety principles, technical expertise, operational experience, and a passion for developing cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities :

Research & Analysis : Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trust and safety risks, trends, regulations, and distinct industry specific vulnerabilities. Analyse complex information, data sets to understand patterns and root causes of issues.

Capability Development : Design and implement innovative solutions to mitigate trust and safety challenges. This includes developing new policies, processes, tools, and technologies. Ability to ideate and create first time solutions to evolving challenges.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with various teams across the organization, including engineering, product, legal, consulting, and risk, to build holistic and effective trust and safety measures.

Thought Leadership : Represent the company as a thought leader in the trust and safety space through presentations, publications, and industry engagement.

Marketing and branding : Work with the corporate marketing and branding team to build the right collaterals for publications; ensure our capability documents are updated with the latest capabilities; build the right collaterals showcasing our overall capabilities in the space of Trust and Safety

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Proven track record in trust and safety roles, with varied experience in scaled operations, policy, technology domains.
• Deep understanding of trust and safety technologies and best practices.
• Experience with data analysis and research methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
