Description

We are looking for an experienced SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java coding and automation, with a minimum of 5-9 years of experience in the job market context of India.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot software defects
  • Design and execute manual test cases to ensure software quality
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of test frameworks
  • Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and automation

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 5-9 years of experience in software testing and automation
  • Strong programming skills in Java
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI / CD)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • ISTQB or other software testing certification is a plus
