🔍 Key Responsibilities
- ️ Design, develop, and implement Performance Analytics (PA) solutions in ServiceNow
- ️ Configure data sources, indicators, breakdowns, widgets, dashboards
- ️ Build interactive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI-driven reports
- ️ Optimize data collection jobs ensuring accuracy & performance
- ️ Work with business teams to translate goals into measurable KPIs
- ️ Maintain data governance & best practices in analytics modelling
- ️ Enhance, troubleshoot, and optimize existing PA solutions
- ️ Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning & code reviews
- ️ Collaborate with integration teams for cross-platform data modelling (CMDB, Incident, Change)
- ️ Mentor junior developers on ServiceNow PA standards & best practices
