Junior Civil DESIGN Engineer (Land Development)

The Jr Civil DESIGN Engineer (LAND DEVELOPMENT) I, II, III will work on various land development projects with responsibilities including designing, planning, and managing stormwater systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad / Bangalore. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient engineering solutions aligned with project goals.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare land development & site civil construction drawings / documents (roads, utilities, grading, drainage, erosion control)
• Assist in zoning, preliminary, and concept land development plans
• Work on site grading, stormwater management, and safety design under senior guidance
• Draft soil erosion & sediment control plans (BMPs, swales, spillways, sequences)
• Prepare water & sewer plans per U.S. local agency requirements
• Research standards / codes and respond to agency review comments
• Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams
