We are seeking an experienced BPO Assistant Manager to lead our operations team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing BPO operations, driving performance improvements, and delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the BPO team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
6-11 years of experience in BPO operations or related field.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Skills Required
