Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the implementation of a critical, regulatory-focused Enterprise scaled Application for Document Management System (DMS) under the clean fuel transportation program. This role is pivotal in bridging US-based business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure the successful rollout of the new DMS application.

• Gather, analyze, and formally document business and system requirements for the new DMS solution.
• Develop clear and structured requirements documentation aligned with business goals.

Contractual & Operational Requirements (Mandatory)

1. Experience : 6+ years of direct experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise or digital transformation projects.

2. Availability : Mandatory EST overlap to ensure collaboration with US stakeholders.

3. Location : May be required to operate from the Hyderabad facility for development team coordination.

4. Documentation & Review : Must incorporate feedback or minor revisions to submitted deliverables within seven (7) calendar days of request.

5. Scope Control : Ability to identify potential scope creep and ensure changes follow a formal Change Request Process.

6. Time Tracking : Must submit detailed monthly timesheets documenting hours worked, tasks completed, and progress achieved.
