Urgent Search! Founding Engineer Full-Stack (MERN + DevOps) — FinTech

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re building a next-generation financial technology platform from the ground up. As our Founding Engineer, you will own core product architecture across backend, frontend, and DevOps. This is not “just another developer” role — you will shape the technical direction, build for scale, and help define the product vision alongside the founders.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build, deploy, and maintain an end-to-end MERN application (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
• Architect scalable APIs, authentication / authorization flows, and data pipelines for financial analytics.
• Stand up CI / CD, staging environments, and containerized deployments (Docker / Kubernetes).
• Collaborate with founders on product design, technical roadmap, and customer requirements.
• Integrate securely with banking APIs, payment processors, and financial data sources.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and error tracking (Grafana, Prometheus, or similar).
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and documentation as the team grows.
• Contribute to long-term technical vision (frameworks, cloud providers, architecture patterns).
