SAP Sales Support Analyst

Job Description

Job Overview :

Focused initially on specialist end user support and resolution of issues with SAP S / 4 HANA Sales, Sourcing & Procurement and also Logistics General & execution solutions evolving, as part of a dev ops structure, to design, develop, projects and maintaining service.

With at least a or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and at least 3 years of overall experience in a similar role within a global organisation of which a minimum of 1 year is working with SAP S / 4 HANA solutions.

Based in our Bengaluru office on a 16x5 shift pattern with on call on a rota basis.

Required Skills and Experience :

• Providing L2 and L3 support to our end users.
• Track record of operational support, Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management aligned with ITIL.
• At least one S / 4 HANA Implementation as a Sales consultant and a good understanding of integration with other SAP modules.
• Good experience in Order & Distribution to Cash (OTC) processes and relatively strong knowledge in order management, delivery, pricing / discount, master data management, variant configuration, billing, and awareness of the new functionalities of S4.
• Understanding and working knowledge in SAP S / 4 HANA Sourcing and Procurement.
• Understanding of SAP Entitlements and their importance in the overall sales lifecycle.
• Experience on Integration between S / 4HANA and SAP / Non-SAP systems using Middleware.
