AdsCult is a digital marketing and web solutions agency based in Mumbai. Founded in 2020, we specialize in SEO, web development, social media management, and growth marketing. B2B Sales Executive – Work from Office (Mumbai)

Work Mode : WFO (Work from Office)

Work Type : Permanent employment

Work Location : Mumbai office

Salary : ₹30,000 + Sales Incentives

Experience : Minimum 1 year (Preferred 2–3 years)

Working Days : Monday – Friday & occasional Saturdays

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and confident Sales Executive who can convert leads, understand customer psychology, and build strong relationships. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Role Summary / Responsibilities :

Prospecting : Identify and reach out to potential clients (cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals).

Pitching : Create and deliver compelling presentations to showcase AdsCult’s web and digital services.

Negotiation : Handle pricing discussions, objections, and close deals.

Client Relationship : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business, and ensure long-term engagement.

Collaboration : Work with the web, content, and delivery teams to align client expectations with execution.

Market Research : Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.

Requirements : Soft skills

Strong command over communication (verbal & written).

High motivation and goal-oriented mindset.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales tactics.

Experience with cold calling and lead handling.

Knowledge of web basics and digital / web platforms.

Excellent psychological understanding to influence buying decisions.

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and ownership.

Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Technical & Functional Skills

Able to apply basic web knowledge in sales activities.

Understands web and digital platforms well enough to guide customers.

Use psychology and buyer behavior to influence decisions.

Skilled in sales tactics and confident in closing deals.

Comfortable with cold calling and handling leads efficiently.

Capable of doing quick research and drawing insights from data.
